I'm leaning towards Obama. Unfortunately, I didn't get to vote in the primaries because of a terrible ice storm. It really angers me that they
don't postpone the date when they KNOW there's going to be a bad storm and the forecast is clear for the next day.
However, I still think McCain is going to win.

I was disappointed with the Clinton victories the other night. I'd like to see an Obama vs. McCain matchup because I dislike them the least.

Write in vote for Cloudbond because it would be brilliant to watch him make a fool of himself on a national scale.

I'm still hoping for Obama victory over Clinton, but the NAFTA thing has got me wondering about him. (As if any politician doesn't lie, though...)

I've heard someone (who doesn't like Obama) say that making a good speech isn't the same as being a good president. I think it's a good sign.
It at least shows intelligence, which is a pretty important quality (and quite different from the last inarticulate guy). And being inspiring *is* an
important quality in a leader.
A lot of people last time said that Kerry didn't win because too many people were voting for him because they hated George W Bush, not because they really liked Kerry. But I think this time, we have a candidate that people really care about.
See how your opinion ruined Christmas for everyone!

as much as mccain seems to be try to kiss everyone's ass, he still attracts extreme right-wing whackos. makes me very uneasy if he's gonna try to kiss
their ass too. they seem to love him a lot for just wanting to keep bushy's tax cuts.

speak of the millennium)if we do not make up our minds to put an end to it, engaged as we are in an indefinite work of mourning for all the incidents, ideologies and violence which have marked it?" - THE END OF THE MILLENNIUM OR THE COUNTDOWN , Jean Baudrillard. |
